Hello.. I own Sun Direct DTH for last three months. I had subscribed this for 6 months but after three months my DTH Services were stopped. I contact at Sun Direct Delhi Customer care helpline at 011 – 39407575 and discussed them about my problem, they told me that my sun direct DTH subscription is over and I need to recharge it to continue DTH Service. But when I told them that I had subscribed that for 6 months they totally refused it and told me that if I would not recharge my DTH account within 4 days then they will deactivate my Sun Direct Account. So I submitted my complaint against Sun Direct at Consumer Court. Now I am waiting for my complaint reply. Hope to get some help from Consumer Court soon.
